About Our Prints: Chromiras, Art Prints, and Photo Prints

Our Chromira C-Prints are printed using a patented process that employs computer controlled blue LEDs and specially prepared chemically bound paper, a process that offers tight regulation of quality control and a resolution that is comparable or equal to more expensive Lightjet prints. Chromiras have a glossy finish, as opposed to our Art Prints, which have a matte finish (prints 15x18” and larger are Chromira C-Prints).
Our Art Prints are printed on archival paper on high-resolution large format printers which offer precise control over color profiles and provide exquisite detail at 1200dpi (black and white prints 15x18” and larger are Art Prints).
Our Photo Prints are printed either as conventional C-Prints (8x10s, for instance), or on Premium Epson photo papers at high resolution (prints smaller than 15x18” are Photo Prints).

About Our Frames

We offer handcrafted wood frames for prints 10x12” and larger. These beautiful solid wood frames are made in Brooklyn, New York and come with two layered mattes, foam-core mounts, heavy-duty wire hangers, paper backing, and rubber wall stops. We offer several styles and have a wide range of mattes to choose from.
For our 8x10” prints, we offer Nielsen Bainbridge white matte black metal 11x14” frames. Note that these smaller frames are shipped by Priority Mail (not through UPS).

Shipping and Delivery

For Domestic Shipping within the United States: We offer free shipping on all 8x10” unframed print orders. Framed prints are shipped by UPS Ground, and shipping and handling costs will vary according to the size and weight of the frame(s) you've purchased. Unframed prints are shipped through the USPS using Priority Mail; we put up to two (2) unframed prints in each tube to reduce your shipping costs, and we do add a nominal handling and packing fee to each print order. Click the get shipping button in your Cart to check your shipping costs before checking out.
For International Orders: International orders are shipped via the US Postal Service. Unframed prints are sent by Priority Mail International, which generally takes between 6 to 10 days for delivery; framed prints up to 20x24 inches are sent by Global Express Guaranteed, which is delivered 1 to 3 days after the shipping date. Due to pakage size constraints, we cannot ship framed 24x24, 28x28, or 30x36 inch prints outside of the United States. (All international orders are automatically insured for the total dollar amount of the items ordered.)
We also offer free delivery in the New York city metropolitan area for orders over $100.

Pricing and Payment

We use flat pricing, which means that you pay the same price regardless of which print or frame you choose to buy. Pay with any major credit card (VISA, MasterCard, or Discover Card) or with PayPal. To pay with a check or money order, choose the Bill Me option during checkout and we will send an invoice to your email address.
