Returning an Item Purchased from Brooklyn Prints

Have you received an item from Brooklyn Prints that was damaged during transit? Or is the item you received not what you ordered or not what you expected it to be?

We accept returns of framed and unframed items for up to two weeks from the time of delivery. Note that for items which have been damaged in transit, we need some kind of documentation of the damage that has been done (a single photo should suffice); if you received the wrong item or you aren't happy with the item you've received, please contact us for shipping instructions. In cases of damaged merchandise, a refund of shipping costs will also be provided.
