Domestic Shipping (within the United States)
- Unframed prints are shipped within 3 days of the order being placed via Priority Mail through the US Postal Service.
- Framed prints are shipped by UPS Ground. Note that each framed print is handcrafted and can take up to 2 weeks to finish, just as with any frame shop. UPS tracking of your order is available upon request.
- Free shipping is available for all prints sized 8x10 and smaller.
International Shipping
- Unframed prints are shipped internationally via the US Postal Service's Priority International service with an estimated delivery time that will vary between 6 and 10 days.
- Framed prints are shipped through the US Postal Service's Global Express Guaranteed Package service, which comes with a certain delivery date that will vary between 1 and 3 days; note, however, that frames generally take 2 weeks to build in our Brooklyn framing factory.
- Due to pakage size constraints, we cannot ship framed 24x24, 28x28, or 30x36 inch prints outside of the United States.
- Unframed prints 8x10 and smaller are shipped internationally through the US Postal Service; a flat fee of $10 applies to all small print orders shipped internationally, regardless of the number of small prints shipped.
- All international orders are insured through USPS for the value of the order.
Delivery Options
- Free delivery is available in Brooklyn and most of Manhattan for orders over $100.
- An $8 delivery charge may be applied to orders delivered to other boroughs or to upper Manhattan.
- To request a delivery for orders in New York totaling less than $100, choose the "Bill Me" option during checkout and reply to the message that you receive from us; note that an $8 delivery charge will apply in all boroughs for orders under $100.
